Structured Finance Associate

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Structured Finance Associate with 2-6+ years of experience for their Charlotte, NC office. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in private securities offerings, securitization, or general bank lending, including syndicated and asset-backed lending.

Duties

• Advise clients on private securities offerings and securitization.
• Manage general bank lending transactions, including syndicated lending.
• Participate in asset-backed and structured lending projects.
• Collaborate with team members on complex financial transactions.

Requirements

• 2-6+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in CLO, ABS, and/or CMBS is a plus.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Solid law firm work experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
