Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in fund finance or subscription line matters.
• Experience in the private debt space with investment vehicles.
• Proven track record of managing key aspects of transactions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
