Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced transactional lawyer for its Fund Finance practice in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of Fund Finance transactional experience, with proficiency in subscription credit facilities. Experience with NAV, management company, hybrid, and other fund finance facilities is advantageous. Strong academic credentials and relevant law firm experience are essential.

Duties

• Draft financing documents for complex transactions.
• Manage client relationships effectively.
• Independently move transactions forward.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of Fund Finance transactional experience.
• Proficiency in subscription credit facilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Desire for in-office development and client interaction.

Education

• Law degree.

Certifications

• Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission is preferred.
