Irving office of our client seeks a pre-litigation personal injury attorney with 3+ years of relevant experience. The candidate will manage a high caseload with speed and efficiency. Will communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers in order to resolve a case efficiently and for the highest possible settlement. Negotiate personal injury settlements to meet monthly goals. Supervise a non-attorney negotiator who will assist in the settlement of cases. Review medical records and bills for utilization in case development. Conduct file reviews for the support team and give direction on cases. Perform cost/benefit analysis of settlement vs. litigation. Must be licensed to practice law in Texas. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.

The candidate must be comfortable in the role of a leader within the firm. Should be ready to work more than 40 hours a week in order to get the job done. Must be humble, hungry, and smart. Should be familiar with applicable Texas laws.
