The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials and significant experience in public and private M&A transactions, with strong analytical skills and excellent oral communication abilities.

 

Duties:

  • Participate in public and private M&A transactions.
  • Draft key legal documents for corporate, M&A, and securities matters.
  • Provide legal advice and support to clients on various corporate and M&A issues.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on applicable Federal Securities laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist with cross-border transactions, if applicable.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on client matters.

 

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of legal experience.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in public and private M&A transactions.
  • Experience drafting key legal documents for corporate, M&A, and securities matters.
  • Cross-border experience is preferred.
  • Fundamental knowledge of applicable Federal Securities laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Licensed to practice law in either New York or New Jersey; both is a plus.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

License to practice law in New York or New Jersey.
