A law firm in Tampa is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior associates, receiving active mentoring, client contact, and exposure to the client development process. Job Duties:

• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on legal matters, receiving active mentoring and guidance.
• Devote time and energy to training, mentoring, and client development processes.
• Assist with case preparation, legal research, and drafting legal documents.
• Participate in client meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
• Handle administrative tasks related to casework and client management.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of legal practice.
• Continuously update legal knowledge and skills through training and professional development activities.

Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the Bar or recently taken the Bar Exam.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Active membership in the Bar.
