Charlotte office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a real estate title attorney with 2-5 years of experience in the residential real estate field, including conducting closings, examining titles, drafting title opinions, and performing related curative title work. The candidate will assist in drafting or editing deeds, leases, assignments, agreements, and other forms of contracts relating to real estate. Must have hands-on experience reviewing titles, analyzing and solving title issues of all types, managing closings, and drafting the documents necessary to conduct a real estate transaction. Must have experience with representing builders. Experience with SoftPro Select is a plus. Must be licensed to practice law in SC and NC or willing and able to become licensed in NC immediately upon hire.

The candidate should have a strong work ethic and analytical, research, writing, and speaking skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a very client-centric approach is preferred. Must have a strong desire to learn and grow within the firm's real estate practice. Must possess a high degree of autonomy and the ability to work independently. Proven ability to analyze, prioritize and execute multiple projects and complex tasks under a deadline is required. Should be able to analyze legal issues and provide effective, practical advice on routine legal matters.
