The ideal candidate should have experience commensurate with time in practice, preferably with general property and/or mineral title experience in the energy sector. Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to energy mineral title and division order practice.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including title opinions, leases, contracts, and agreements.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and legal teams.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Any relevant certifications in energy law or mineral title practice (preferred).
