Duties:

  • Handle a range of employment and labor law cases, including, but not limited to, workplace disputes, employee relations issues, and compliance matters

  • Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and opinion letters

  • Represent clients in administrative proceedings, hearings, and litigation

  • Provide preventative legal counsel to clients on employment policies and practices

  • Collaborate with clients to develop proactive legal strategies

  • Manage client communications and expectations efficiently and professionally

  • Participate in business development and maintain strong client relationships

  • Utilize case management systems to track progress and ensure timely deliverables

Requirements:

  • Active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

  • Demonstrated experience in employment and labor law

  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail

  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal communication skills

  • The capacity to function independently while contributing to team goals

  • Willingness to work in-office with flexibility for hybrid scheduling

  • Some existing portable business is preferred

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar
