A prominent national law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. Location

• Chattanooga, TN

Duties

• Represent clients in federal intellectual property litigation

• Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and legal memoranda

• Manage discovery, including document production and depositions

• Assist in case strategy development and trial preparation

• Collaborate with attorneys across various offices and practice groups

• Analyze complex technical and legal subject matter

• Communicate with clients regarding litigation progress and strategy

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation

• Experience in Federal Circuit litigation is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Demonstrated commitment to client service and excellence in legal practice

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Proven record of academic excellence

Certifications

• Active bar membership in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice

Skills

• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• Strong oral advocacy and communication skills

• Proficiency in handling technical subject matter in litigation

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
