Job Overview: The Associate Attorney will work closely with a team of experienced attorneys, participating in all stages of civil litigation cases. They will provide legal support, conduct research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in court proceedings.

Duties:

  • Work closely with a team of experienced attorneys in all stages of civil litigation cases.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues related to ongoing cases.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
  • Participate in client meetings and communicate case updates effectively.
  • Regularly handle court appearances, hearings, and depositions.
  • Provide timely and accurate status reports to clients and senior attorneys.

  • Collaborate with other legal professionals, such as paralegals and support staff, to ensure efficient case management.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in Pennsylvania.
  • 2-5 years of experience in civil litigation at a law firm.
  • Strong research, analytical, and legal writing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with court appearances and depositions is preferred.
