Raleigh office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an emerging companies/venture capital attorney with 5+ years of relevant law firm experience. The candidate should have relevant law firm experience working with emerging growth companies and/or working on venture capital or other investment transactions and should have literacy with financial matters and spreadsheets. NC Bar admission is preferred.

The candidate should preferably have demonstrated ambition and initiative. Outstanding undergraduate and law school academics. Excellent written, analytical, and verbal skills required.

Area of concentration is entrepreneurial law. The main law office is headquartered in North Carolina. The law firm staffs sixty-seven proficient attorneys and a team of competent paralegals. There are four primary areas of practice. Disciplines consist of corporate, litigation, commercial real estate and wealth preservation. The firm has received many accolades throughout the years.
