Woodland Hills office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 3-7 years of litigation experience, preferable experience as a plaintiff employment attorney. Experience taking and defending depositions, arguing motions is required. The candidate will handle direct client work with sensitive populations, depositions, mediations, and regular court appearances. Propound and respond to written discovery. Draft and respond to pleadings and pre-trial motions, including Motions to Quash, Pitchess Motions, Oppositions to Motions for Summary Judgement, Motions to Compel, etc. Take and defend depositions. Second chair trials and arbitrations. Work effectively and with little supervision. California Bar License is required.

The candidate must have a JD degree. Excellent written, organizational, and interpersonal skills are a must. Proven ability to prioritize litigation workload and manage time is needed.
