Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to government contract matters.
  • Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and memoranda.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the B in North Carolina (or willingness to become admitted).
  • 3+ years of experience in government contracts law.
  • Experience counseling clients on government contract matters.
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating subcontracts and teaming agreements.
  • Experience litigating bid protests at the Government Accountability Office and/or Court of Federal Claims.
  • High level of academic achievement.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
