Associate Attorney - Litigation Focus

Job Overview

Duties

• Provide general and legal advice to union and employee benefit plan clients.
• Represent unions at grievance arbitration hearings and before administrative agencies.
• Conduct union staff and steward trainings.
• Handle all stages of litigation, including wage and hour class actions, harassment, discrimination, and employee benefits litigation.
• Attend Trust Fund client meetings and handle ERISA-related litigation.
• Defend clients in administrative hearings and in state and federal court.

Requirements
