Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-to-senior level Labor and Employment Associate to join its Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in wage and hour class and PAGA representative action litigation. Duties

• Serve as the primary contact for litigation matters.
• Supervise junior associates and staff.

• Engage in deposition and courtroom activities.
• Provide employment advice and counseling.

Requirements

• Four or more years of relevant litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent writing and analytical abilities.
• Experience in handling multiple cases simultaneously.

Education

• Juris Doctor from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

• California Bar License.
