Jackson office of our client seeks a litigator with 6-15 years of litigation experience. The candidate will identify and consult on legal risks. Will analyze, investigate, and resolve disputes. Must be experienced with pleadings, motions, and discovery practice, including e-discovery. Deposition and/or court appearances are a plus. Should have Bar admission. A partial book of business would be preferrred.
