A law firm in Paramus is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-4 years of experience to join the commercial litigation team. The ideal candidate will work with vastly experienced trial attorneys on significant and complex litigation matters, handling various responsibilities such as drafting legal documents, attending court appearances, and participating in depositions.

Duties:

• Collaborate with the commercial litigation team on significant and complex cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Attend court appearances and argue motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage case-related tasks and responsibilities.
• Utilize trial experience if available.
• Maintain excellent writing skills for effective legal communication.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in New York and New Jersey.
• 1-4 years of legal experience, preferably in commercial litigation.
• Trial experience is preferable.
