Liability Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Newark, DE, seeks a qualified Liability Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, with a focus on general litigation. Delaware Bar admission is required.

Duties:

• Represent clients in liability cases, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and professional malpractice.

• Attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.

Requirements:

• Admission to the Delaware Bar is mandatory.
• 1-3 years of experience practicing law, preferably focusing on liability cases.
• Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures related to liability law.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
