Mid-Level Complex Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in San Francisco is seeking a Mid-Level Complex Litigation Associate Attorney with a strong background in commercial litigation. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in various aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, pleadings, and document review. Courtroom experience is preferred, and exceptional academic credentials, along with excellent communication skills, are essential. California Bar admission or eligibility is required.

Duties:

• Manage complex litigation cases, including commercial disputes, from inception to resolution.
• Conducted legal research and drafted pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Handle discovery processes, including document requests, interrogatories, and depositions.
• Take and defend depositions, as well as represent clients in court proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams on case strategy and execution.
• Oversee and manage document review processes efficiently.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Mid-level experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Proven experience in managing all stages of litigation.
• Courtroom experience is preferred.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• California Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
