Duties

  • Represent clients in wrongful termination, discrimination, disability accommodation, and sexual harassment cases
  • Handle wage and hour class actions, employee unfair competition, and trade secret disputes
  • Advise clients on compliance with state, local, and federal employment laws
  • Assist in developing policies and procedures to mitigate litigation risks
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel to clients
  • Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices on high-stakes employment law matters

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in employment law
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Litigation experience in employment-related disputes

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active member in good standing of the California Bar
