A law firm in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Financial Institutions Associate Attorney (Lending) with 5+ years of experience in asset-based financing transactions, middle-market, and larger cash flow deals. The ideal candidate should have experience representing arrangers, agents, and lenders. Experience in a large law firm is preferred. The candidate must have excellent academic credentials and communication skills.

 

Duties:

  • Represent financial institutions in asset-based financing transactions.
  • Handle middle-market and larger cash flow deals.
  • Draft and review financing agreements, loan documents, and related legal documents.
  • Conduct due diligence reviews for financing transactions.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on complex financing matters.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of financing transactions.
  • Interact with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in financing transactions.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on financing matters.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 5+ years of experience in asset-based financing transactions.
  • Experience representing arrangers, agents, and lenders.
  • Experience in a large law firm preferred.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong communication skills.

 

Education:
