A law firm in Amherst is seeking a Litigation Family Law Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join their team. The successful candidate will proactively manage family law cases, provide superior customer service to clients, and contribute to practice improvement recommendations while ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.

Duties:

• Manage family law cases from inception to resolution
• Provide exceptional customer service including regular status reports and case reviews
• Make recommendations for practice improvement to enhance client satisfaction
• Utilize practice quality software to track accomplishments and client metrics
• Handle 1st chair family law cases with efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt
• 3-6 years of litigation experience, with significant exposure to family law
• Licensed to practice law in the state of New York
• Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software
