Associate Attorney needed for Hastings office

Hastings office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate will be exposed to a wide range of practice areas but with an emphasis on family law, probate/trust administration and litigation, and municipal law. Will be drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, participation in mediation, making court appearances, and participating in evidentiary hearings. Should also have litigation experience with resolving custody, parenting time, child support, property division, estate, and trust administrations. Should be in good standing to practice law in the State of Michigan.

The candidate will be expected to interact with clients and the community, be detail-oriented, possess a good work ethic, and have strong interpersonal skills.
