The Real Estate Associate Attorney will assist with various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, development, leasing, title examination, land use issues, rights of way, construction contracts, and loan documents. Duties:

  • Conduct legal research on real estate matters and prepare legal documents.
  • Assist in negotiating and drafting contracts, leases, and other legal agreements.
  • Review and analyze title reports, surveys, zoning ordinances, and other due diligence documents.
  • Participate in closings and ensure all necessary documentation is accurately prepared and executed.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate matters.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior associates on complex real estate transactions.
  • Handle various administrative tasks related to real estate matters as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of experience in real estate law, preferably with a top-tier law firm.
  • Strong academic record from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in the state of Colorado or eligible for admission.
  • Experience with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development.
  • Familiarity with title examination, land use issues, construction contracts, and loan documents.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
