The candidate will draft and review complex commercial documents. An openness to being inquisitive and creative to seek solutions for clients. Update and consult with senior associates, and Supervise paralegals or legal assistants from time to time. Fluency in a foreign language is required. Should preferably have some courtroom experience and be willing to enter an appearance in court if necessary. Admittance to the Colorado Bar is required.

The candidate must have excellent legal research and writing skills. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines needed. Advanced critical and legal reasoning skills are required. Must have the ability to manage several projects simultaneously. Should have the ability to work independently and collaborate with others. Attention to detail is required.
