Oakland office of our client seeks an associate attorney with 2+ years of experience. The candidate should preferably have substantial trial practice and motion practice experience. Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese, or both) is preferred. Must be licensed to practice in California.

The candidate must have excellent research and writing skills, effective oral advocacy skills, and an aptitude for litigation. Must be from ABA-approved law schools. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. The firm offers benefits that include Medical insurance and paid time off.
