Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level Labor and Employment Associate to join their team in Seattle, Washington. The successful candidate will be licensed to practice law in Oregon and preferably Washington, or be willing to waive into Washington. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, particularly in employment cases.

Duties

• Litigate employment-related cases effectively.
• Draft handbooks and employment-related agreements.
• Provide employment advice and counsel to clients.
• Ensure workplace compliance and manage employment conflicts.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Oregon; Washington license preferred.
• 3+ years of litigation experience, including employment cases.
• Strong writing and time management skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Oregon; Washington preferred.
