Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks junior litigation attorney with 0-2 years of civil litigation experience. The candidate will be assisting businesses to prevent, navigate, and resolve complex legal issues. Will be assisting and advising businesses on establishing their companys structure, policies, objectives, and procedures. Ensuring all relevant laws and outcomes are understood by businesses. Researching and resolving legal disputes through the analysis of relevant laws, argument development, evidence collection, and zealous legal representation. Drafting, reviewing, completing, and filing legal paperwork related to business operations. Examining and reporting any potential or existing legal issues to the relevant authorities. Negotiating contract terms, transactions, and settlements on behalf of our clients, including mergers and acquisitions. Should have an interest in civil litigation and transactional matters. Admission to the California State Bar is required.

The candidate should have outstanding communication skills with colleagues and clients. Must have willingness to take on new, challenging and unique tasks. Should be hardworking, Innovative, and oriented. Should be a self-starter who takes ownership of executing tasks.
