Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-3 years of general business and real estate litigation experience. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in document collection and review, case organization, responding to discovery, and drafting various legal documents, demonstrating strong research and writing skills. Proficiency in document management systems such as Relativity and Opus2 is essential for success in this role.

Duties:

• Conducting document collection and review processes.
• Organizing case materials and maintaining meticulous records.
• Responding to discovery requests in a timely and effective manner.
• Drafting pleadings, law and motion, and other legal briefs.
• Collaborating with legal teams on case strategy and client representation.
• Utilizing document management systems such as Relativity and Opus2 for efficient case handling.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in general business and real estate litigation.
• Excellent academic record with a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Strong research and writing skills, demonstrated through past work or academic achievements.
• Extensive knowledge of document management systems, particularly Relativity and Opus2.

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
