Transactional Corporate Real Estate Associate Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a transactional corporate real estate associate attorney with 5-7 years of experience. The candidate should preferably have experience practicing corporate real estate law with significant experience in real estate joint ventures. Should have experience representing institutional investors, private equity firms, and/or asset managers in real estate investment and co-investment transactions. Other relevant real-estate practice expertise including general dirt law, financing, development, and leasing is helpful. Must be a member in good standing of the New York Bar.

The candidate should have excellent interpersonal and drafting skills and a willingness to collaborate. Must have a superior client service orientation and a strong work ethic. Should have the ability to juggle and take primary responsibility for multiple files; and a strong sense of when to exercise good independent judgment and when to consult as needed.
