Mid-level General Liability Attorney

Bedminster office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level general liability attorney with 5+ years of experience, preferably defending liability claims and handling insurance defense and/or complex litigation. The candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of general liability matters as well as some construction and environmental litigation matters. Must have experience drafting pleadings, answering written discovery, taking depositions, and participating in arbitrations/trials. Must be an active member of the New Jersey and New York Bars. Should have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Have excellent academic credentials as well as strong research, writing, organization, and analytical skills.
