Global Finance Associate (Securitization)

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Global Finance Associate specializing in securitization for its New York office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in asset-backed securitizations and structured finance transactions, including CMBS, RMBS, CLOs, and esoteric assets.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate offering and transaction documents for underwriters, initial purchasers, issuers, and lenders.
• Manage both public and private offerings of asset-backed securities.
• Handle private structured lending transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Admitted or eligible for admission to the New York bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.

Skills
