Antitrust Associate Attorney

Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks antitrust associate attorney with 4-6 years of experience. The candidate should have a deep understanding of government regulatory procedures. Must have an extensive amount of experience in conducting antitrust due diligence, assessing risks, and handling the antitrust review process relating to mergers and acquisition transactions. Should also have experience in handling "second request" and other government antitrust investigations brought by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), and/or state enforcers and able to defend acquisitions that are challenged in court. Antitrust litigation experience will be useful. Experience at the Federal Trade Commission and/or the Department of Justice-Antitrust Division is highly encouraged to apply. Should also be admitted to practice in the District of Columbia. Should possess excellent written and oral communication skills in order to routinely advise corporate clients.
