Duties

• Manage all aspects of case files, ensuring timely and efficient progression.
• Serve as the primary contact for insurers and clients, maintaining clear communication.
• Handle a broad range of professional liability matters.
• Conduct thorough case assessments and develop legal strategies.
• Oversee all phases of litigation to achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements

• 1+ years of commercial and/or civil defense litigation experience.
• Experience handling professional liability claims is highly preferred.
• Admittance to practice in New York.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications
