Complex Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a talented Complex Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial and securities litigation.

Duties:

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and other legal documents.
• Assist with depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Manage and review discovery materials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams.
• Analyze and assess legal risks and provide strategic advice to clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.
• 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation and securities litigation.
• Strong understanding of federal and state civil procedure rules.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
