Projects Finance Attorney

A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a Projects Finance Attorney with 5-8 years of experience. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong competency in drafting and negotiating principal financing documentation, with preferred experience reviewing project documentation.

Duties:

• Draft and negotiate principal financing documentation for project finance transactions.
• Provide legal counsel and support to clients involved in project finance deals.
• Review project documentation, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings.

Requirements:
