Entry-Level To Mid-Level Tax Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Collaborate with securities and finance lawyers to provide comprehensive tax advice.

• Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and inform strategic decisions.
• Assist in public finance matters and other transactional tax projects as needed.

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of legal experience.
• Must be admitted to practice law in Oregon.
• LL.M. in Taxation is required.
