Duties:

• Provide day-to-day counseling to the firm's existing clients on state and federal income tax matters.
• Structure sophisticated transactions in a wide variety of industry sectors.
• Manage significant individual responsibilities.

Requirements:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and license to practice law.
• LL.M. in Tax.
• 5 years of income tax experience.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Enthusiasm to work with and build a diverse team.

Education:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• LL.M. in Tax.

Certifications:

• License to practice law.
