Duties

• Provide counsel on reductions in force and employee terminations.
• Draft restrictive covenants and counsel on employee mobility.
• Collaborate with global offices on employment matters.

Requirements

• 3+ years of employment counseling experience, domestic and/or international.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Education

• JD from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction of application.
