The candidate focuses on strategic partnering and other commercial transactions for biotechnology and other life science companies (including pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostic, discovery tools, and digital health), with significant client interaction and the potential to function in a broader counseling capacity with clients on day-to-day matters. Includes opportunities to participate in business development. A biological sciences, chemistry, and/or business background, as well as in-house legal experience, will also be considered favorably.
