Duties:

  • Handle a range of civil litigation matters from inception through trial

  • Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts

  • Prepare pleadings, motions, and trial briefs

  • Develop litigation strategies and manage discovery

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including jury trials

  • Collaborate with legal team on case strategy, preparation, and client updates

  • Participate in the development and expansion of the firm’s trial practice

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in civil litigation

  • Trial and deposition experience preferred

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills

  • Demonstrated interest in building a litigation and trial-focused legal career

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

  • Active license and in good standing with the Washington State Bar

Skills:

  • Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills

  • Strong oral advocacy and courtroom presence

  • Effective time management and task prioritization
