Duties

  • Attend court hearings and interact professionally with opposing counsel

  • Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems with findings and legal recommendations

  • Ensure confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment

  • Comply with all relevant foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collection-related legal standards at local, state, and federal levels

Requirements

  • Ability to organize and manage high-volume caseloads

  • Strong attention to detail and quality of work

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
