A law firm based in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Workers' Compensation Applicant Attorney. The attorney will be responsible for representing clients in workers' compensation cases, advocating for their rights and benefits. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

 

Duties:

  • Representing clients in workers' compensation cases
  • Conducting client interviews and counseling
  • Drafting legal documents, including petitions and appeals
  • Negotiating settlements with insurance companies
  • Representing clients in hearings and trials
  • Providing ongoing legal advice and guidance to clients

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the State Bar of California
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing workers' compensation law
  • Demonstrated success in handling workers' compensation cases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (preferred)

 

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of California
