Duties:

  • Conduct thorough pre-filing case evaluations with supervising attorneys, assessing liability, damages, and potential legal strategies.
  • Lead productive client meetings, ensuring clear communication of legal options, case progress, and client objectives.
  • Prepare and file complaints meticulously, adhering to California legal requirements and procedural rules.
  • Skillfully manage all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
  • Confidently conduct and defend depositions, eliciting crucial information and preserving trial evidence.
  • Conduct extensive case-related investigations, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and collaborating with experts.
  • Engage in substantive law and motion practice, drafting persuasive motions, oppositions, and supporting briefs.
  • Assist in trial preparation, meticulously organize evidence, prepare witnesses, and ensure procedural adherence for successful courtroom advocacy.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in Personal Injury law.
