The ideal candidates should have the immigration practice skills specific to their type of immigration practice, including managing an assigned caseload, knowledge and experience necessary to complete all types of immigration applications, experience effectively working with relevant government agencies, immigration hearing and trial advocacy, client interaction, and management. California Bar membership is required. Portable Business and/or access to a regular and reliable source of client leads is also required. Spanish or other language skills are a plus.
The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be a highly motivated professional that can take initiative, and work independently as well as within a team.
