Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney in San Diego, CA. This full-time, hybrid position involves managing a dynamic employment and class action caseload. The role requires collaboration with a diverse team of attorneys and staff.

Duties

  • Interface with clients and manage case communications.
  • Draft and argue motions effectively.
  • Conduct all aspects of discovery, including depositions.

Requirements

  • Experience managing junior attorneys.

  • Experience in wage and hour class action, securities class action, or construction defect cases.
