Insurance Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Rochester is currently seeking an Insurance Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting depositions, developing litigation strategies, drafting litigation papers, managing cases independently, and performing investigations. The role also involves summarizing medical document reviews, preparing cases for trial, and reporting to insurance carriers and other clients. The associate attorney will have exposure to preparing motions, conducting examinations under oath and depositions, and conducting extensive document review in sophisticated insurance litigation.

Duties:

• Conduct depositions and examinations under oath.
