A law firm is seeking a Review And Analytics Associate Attorney for its Washington, DC office. This role involves assisting in data collection strategy, search creation, and managing complex document reviews and productions using various online review tools, including Relativity. The Associate Attorney will also supervise and provide feedback for internal and external Review Attorneys to ensure accuracy and completeness of work product. Key responsibilities and qualifications include:

Job Overview:

  • Assist in data collection strategy, search creation, and management of document reviews using online review tools.
  • Supervise and provide feedback for Review Attorneys to ensure accuracy and completeness of work.
  • Collaborate with Redgrave Attorneys and Advisors to support all stages of the EDRM lifecycle.

Duties:

  • Identify key protocols and train Review Attorneys on project protocols and review guidelines.
  • Manage relationships and communications with key stakeholders, including co-counsel, vendors, and firm leadership.
  • Lead and manage privilege reviews, including privilege logs.
  • Perform QC, redact documents, log privileged documents, and develop facts in complex litigation.
  • Exercise discretion and critical thinking skills in analyzing data.

Requirements:

  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the Bar, active and in good standing in Illinois, Minnesota, Texas, Virginia, California, or DC.
  • 5 years of experience managing document review and supervising review attorneys.
  • Understanding of relevant case law and legal developments related to ediscovery.

Certifications and Education:

  • Advanced eDiscovery skills and technical proficiency in Relativity.
  • Tech-savvy with advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
