Duties:

  • Prepare patent applications, responses to office actions, and other legal documents

  • Stay current on the latest technological advancements and patent law trends

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Patent Agent
  • Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, applied physics, computer science, or a related field
  • Registration to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
  • Experience working with cutting-edge technologies and technical subject matter
  • Ability to interact directly with clients and colleagues
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Education:

  • Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, applied physics, computer science, or equivalent

Certifications:

  • Registration to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)

Skills:

  • Expertise in patent law and intellectual property
  • Strong technical background, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts
